Description:

his project was the construction of a 60,000 SF soilcement-bentonite cutoff wall at four site locations to a maximum depth of 76’.

The cutoff wall was constructed around existing underground utilities and under overhead power lines. Several underground utilities including sewer, drainage and electrical existed at depths ranging from 5’ to 32’ below the levee crest.

These were all protected in place during construction activities.
